PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a stone-filled net cage, which enables the stone-filled net cage to be easily formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape. SOLUTION: In this method for forming the stone-filled net cage, a form 1, the ceiling surface of which is opened and the inside of which is formed in an almost rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the stone-filled net cage A made of a synthetic resin, which is formed in such a manner as to correspond to the almost rectangular parallelepiped shape in the form 1 and the ceiling of which is openably/closably formed, are provided; the net cage A is put in the form 1; stones 2 are spread all over the inside of the net cage A whose ceiling surface is opened; and after the stones 2 are spread all over the inside of the net cage A, the ceiling surface of the net cage A is closed so that the net cage A can be formed in the almost rectangular parallelepiped shape.
