PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely improve its replacing work efficiency, without requiring to remove all hydraulic cylinders from a cylinder bottom part, when replacing piston packing of any one driving cylinder of three driving cylinders for constituting a driving device for slidingly driving a moving bed. SOLUTION: In this driving device of a reciprocating conveyor type moving bed, the three driving cylinders 16<SB>1</SB>, 16<SB>2</SB>and 16<SB>3</SB>have respectively a cylinder tube 18, a piston 24 slidingly fitted to its inside, and a cylinder rod 25 connected to this piston 24 and extended outside the cylinder tube 18. One ends of the three cylinder tubes 18 is detachably installed in a common cylinder head part 20.
