PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the installing state of a counterweight in detail on a moment limiter image screen. SOLUTION: This display device of a construction machine having the counterweight 10 capable of layering a plurality of divided weights has an input means 5 for inputting the installing state of the counterweight 10, a displaying display 7 for displaying an illustration image 21d for indicating the installing state of the counterweight 10, and a display control means 50 for controlling a display of the displaying display 7 so that the illustrated image 21d is changed to an illustrated image for indicating the arrangement of the divided weights corresponding to an input from the input means 5.
