PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which has a wide area to be held by hand and to be opened easily and has a small opening to facilitate the extraction of content by a controlled quantity without scattering the content and which can be folded in half to squeeze the content completely when the packaging bag is opened from the end part. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag (A) having a seal part on at least one side of the perimeter, an upper seal part (1) is provided on the upper part of the packaging bag (A) and an opening starting hole (5), in which a finger can be inserted, is provided on the nearly center part of the seal part (1) and the opening starting hole (5) is provided with an upper opening convex (10) sharpened upward and left and right opening convexes (11) sharpened toward each left and right side and an unsealed part to become an opening (12) for extracting the content is located on the left and right opening convex (11) the direction of extension.
