PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system capable of efficiently transmitting the power transmitted from a power supplying means such as a battery to a medical device introduced into the inside of a subject based on the transmitting efficiency calculated with a transmitting efficiency calculating means. SOLUTION: The medical system 1 comprises a capsule type medical device 12 having a coil group 11a comprising i pieces of coils (i is integer shown by i=1, 2, to n-1, n), a power receiving coil 21, and a supplied power detecting circuit 24, and introduced into the inside of the body of a patient 101, and a terminal device 13 having a transmitting efficiency calculating circuit 32, the battery 33c, a transmitting power detecting circuit 33e, and a coil selector circuit 33f, and arranged outside of the body of the patient 101.
