PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tiller capable of keeping a non-self-propelled implement at a stable position. SOLUTION: This rotary tiller has a transmission part for transmitting the rotary drive from a tractor (a self-propelled implement) to a tine shaft having tillage tines protruded from the outer periphery, and comprising a first transmission means, a second transmission means and a third transmission means. The first transmission means transmits the rotary drive of the tractor in the traveling direction. The second transmission means has a nearly rod shape, engages with one terminal of the first transmission means and is installed so as to be orthogonal to the traveling direction of the tractor and parallel to the tilling surface. The third transmission means engages with a gear present at one terminal of the second transmission means and also engages with a gear of the tine shaft. The rotary tiller also has a cylindrical main beam 21 including the second transmission means. One of both the terminal parts of the main beam 21 has a part 45 to be attached to which the non-self-propelled implement is attached at the terminal part opposite to the side at which the gear of the second transmission means engages with the third transmission means, and the part 45 to be attached has two faces 45a to be attached, corresponding to two faces 46a to be attached of the attaching part 46 possessed by the non-self-propelled implement.
