PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkling system of high sprinkling control reliability. SOLUTION: This sprinkling system is such one that a main control unit 1 is provided with a parent station communication section 5 and a sprinkling unit 2 is provided with a substation communication section 15 to enable wireless two-way communication between both the sections 5 and 15. The system works as follows: On receiving a command signal, the sprinkling unit 2 transmits a receive-confirming signal to the main control unit 1, which continues transmitting the command signal until receiving the receive-confirming signal. Thereby, the sprinkling unit 2 can receive the command signal more surely, enabling the control reliability of the sprinkling unit 2 to be improved for this system. Furthermore, because of designing the sprinkling unit 2 to wait in an intermittently receiving state, power consumption can be reduced as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
