Knitted hose dying continual process and assembly discharges through dewatering roller assembly for recovery of surplus dye liquor

In a continual process to dye knitted textile hose the textile passes along a frame through a dye vat with minimum liquor content, followed by a multi-stage de-watering and fixing treatment. On draw-discharge from the frame the hose passes between a pair of rollers that expels excess dye for direct release into the vat. The hose is then opened be a ring spreader and ring suction jet that further distributes dye within the hose interior. Surplus dye is trapped as a mixture of liquid and air and returned to the vat under controlled concentration. After de-watering the hose is dye is subject to chemical fixing. During the dye phase the hose is maintained under constant tension. during the dewatering phases the hose is subjected to varying tension. Also claimed is a suitable hose dye assembly.
