<p>A hotmelt fleece blowing assembly has an air jet (1) discharging polymer filaments onto a moving roughly horizontal surface (17, 8) forming part of a transport system (3/10). An air suction assembly (4, 6) is located either side of and between the jet outlet and transport system (3, 10). The air guidance units (3, 4, 6) are horizontally and/or vertically adjustable with respect to the fibre deposit surface. The collector is a rotating drum or belt. Also claimed is a commensurate fleece fibre manufacturing assembly.</p> |
