The concrete component (10) to define room space (32) within a building, and especially the ceiling or a wall, incorporates an assembly of pipes (14) to carry a heating fluid to heat the room space. The ceiling/wall structure has a heat exchanger (15), with an assembly of pipes (16), at a gap from the heating pipes, at the surface (31) towards the interior of the room, for local heating under the heat exchanger zone. A thermal insulation separates the heat exchanger from the heating pipes. The heat exchanger is of a sound-absorbent material around its pipe structure. |
