<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a street lamp structure preventing positional deviation of a contact, capable of corresponding with multi-contact. <P>SOLUTION: An illumination stand 10 on which lamps R are to be mounted is elevation freely mounted on a prop 1, and cylinder-shaped protection cases 25, 15 are arranged on the illumination stand 10 and both opposing faces 21, 11 of a base stand 20, respectively, so that an axial direction of the cylinder coincides with an elevation direction. Upper and lower contacts 22, 12 supplying power to the lamps R are formed in the espective cylinder-shaped protection cases 25, 15. The protection cases 25, 15 are arranged so as to fit with each other in an identical peripheral direction in the axial direction of the cylinder, and the upper and lower contacts 22, 12 are enabled to contact with and get separated from each other by the above fitting. By the above, the elevation of the illumination stand 10 is guided up to a position where the upper and lower contacts 22, 12 contact with each other. Since necessary contacts are arranged in the guided cylinder, the upper and lower contacts 22, 12 hardly generate positional deviation.
