<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium which is less costly, and has excellent gloss, curling resistance and cockling resistance, and a method for manufacturing this inkjet recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording medium comprises a cast coating layer formed on one surface of a paper base, an ink absorbing layer formed on the cast coating layer and a back coating layer containing a resin soluble in an organic solvent, formed on an opposite side to a coating surface of the ink absorbing layer with the paper base sandwiched in between. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
