<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide parking position information for supporting a user easily and quickly reaching his/her own vehicle parked in a large parking area. <P>SOLUTION: When a user, after parking, holds a cellular telephone 20 with a tag reader function over a contactless IC tag 10 arranged in a parking area, the cellular telephone 20 with a tag reader function reads and stores parking position information including a parking area number and a direction from a gate.
