<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a resistance element which exhibits a high resistance characteristic even though being positioned under a heating environment and can be formed small in size and preciously, and to provide the resistance element. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resistance element, which has an element electrode and a resistance layer, includes (a) an electroless plating process which forms the resistance layer on a substrate by an electroless plating method using an electroless plating nickel/phosphorous liquid containing a complexing agent, which is of a nickel salt, a reducing agent, and an amino-group-contained compound(where, the amino-group is -NH<SB>2</SB>and/or >NH); (b) an acid treatment process which performs an acid treatment on the resistance layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
