PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical automatic compliance device capable of automatically and reliably performing compliance operation of parameters. SOLUTION: Parameters for control of engine operation are operated for each operating state for establishment of compliance, whereby the output values are made compliance target values. When compliance on all the operating states is completed, an integrated value of the output values in traveling in a travel mode is computed on the output values with overall target values, and compliance is carried out again when the computed integrated value exceeds a development target value or has allowance to the development target value.
