PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polymer fine particles which exhibit a monodispersion with a narrow distribution of particle diameters and further possess softness and excellent elasticity. SOLUTION: The polymer particles are produced by polymerizing a polysiloxane having vinyl groups and a polymerizable component having at most 10 mass% solubility to water of 25°C and having, as a necessary element, a bifunctional oligomer of a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of at least 300 with two (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule.
