摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To converge a rotational speed to a target rotational speed in a short time when an engine is started. SOLUTION: The electronic control unit (ECU) 10 of an engine 1 performs either of an intake air amount rotational speed control controlling an engine rotational speed to a target rotational speed by adjusting the opening of the electronic throttle valve 16 of the engine according to the rotational speed in starting the engine, and an ignition timing rotational speed control controlling the engine rotational speed to a target rotational speed by adjusting the engine ignition timing. The ECU controls a throttle opening in the intake air amount rotational speed control and an ignition timing in the ignition timing rotational speed control by a feedback control based on a deviation between the target rotational speed and an actual rotational speed, and sets feedback control constants in the feedback control according to the deviation of the rotational speed and a time change rate. Thus, since the change rate of the engine rotational speed can be set properly, the engine rotational speed can be converged to the target rotational speed in a short time without causing overshoot.
