PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device capable of reducing the occurrence of information omission caused by reception errors during broadcast communication, and also, capable of suppressing a processing load during two-way communication small. SOLUTION: The wireless communication device by TDMA communication is provided with a communication state storage part 113 for storing a communication state whether it is a state during the broadcast communication or during the two-way communication. Corresponding to the state of the communication state storage part 113, data transmission is executed by packetizing the data into a size transmittable by one slot during the broadcast communication, and also, communication is executed by increasing a packet size while executing retransmission control during the two-way communication.
