PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take an energy-saving effect by maintaining the circulation temperature of a circulation fan lower than a room temperature in summer and higher than the room temperature in winter and circulating cold/warm air. SOLUTION: This circulation fan comprises the following structural items.(1) A vane of a special shape is fitted to a motor shaft for vane, and a water supply pipe is fitted to the motor shaft coaxially with the shaft surface thereof and a slight clearance provided therebetween. (2) An electric heater as a heat source is installed, in a ring shape, on the outer periphery of the vane coaxially with a slight clearance provided therebetween. (3) A casing coaxial with the vane and the electric heater is installed to cover the vane and the electric heater. (4) A safety net coaxial with the casing is installed.
