PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To orderly wind a wire, by preventing random winding, when winding the wire guided by a guide roller on a rotary drum of a winch. SOLUTION: In this material collecting work machine, the winch 30 is installed on one end of an arm 13 rotatably arranged in a traveling machine body. The guide roller 42 is arranged on the other end of the arm 13 for guiding the wire 40 to be payed out or taken up by the winch 30.
