<p>Methods and devices to perform gastroplasty procedures. In some embodiments, gastroplasty devices and methods are enhanced by feedback control though sensors which reside on or near the device. In some embodiments, an extragastric device is used to create a satiety in a patient. In some embodiments, a band device is the restriction device and in some embodiments a transgastric fastening assembly is the restriction device.</p> |
