<p>An abdomen fitness apparatus with multi-adjustable elastic resistance includes a resistance adjusting mechanism (3), which is sheathed and pivoted on an axle (21) of a brace rod (2). The object of weight loss can be achieved by the following steps: pivoting the resistance adjusting mechanism, and placing cards (24) of two sides of the axle (21) in U-grooves of pulling blocks (32), then firmly pulling a grip (4) to force the pulling block (32) to slide with the slippers (22), while firmly pulling elastic strips (33) with the abdomen and the arm; when needing to the transfer elastic resistance, the resistance adjusting mechanism (3) is pivoted, so that the cards (24) are placed in the U-grooves, corresponding to different desired pulling elastic resistance levels, and the elastic resistance can be adjusted.</p> |
