<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a power generator of a fuel cell type utilizing a solid oxide which can maintain at a constant level the temperature in the housing chamber of a fuel battery cell group coping with changes in power generation amount and can maintain it in an optimum temperature for power generation. <P>SOLUTION: This is the power generator using a fuel cell of solid oxide type and comprises a first passage 34 for supplying oxygen contained gas to the fuel battery cell group after passing through a preheating device and a second passage 107 for supplying the oxygen contained gas to the fuel battery cell group without passing through the preheating device. When the power generation amount is large, and the power generation heat and the off-gas combustion heat are great, overheat can be prevented by increasing utilization rate of the second passage 107. When the power generation amount is small, and the power generation heat and off-gas combustion heat are less, heat independence can be realized by increasing utilization rate of the first passage 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
