摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently heating a pipe mold by certainly bringing the pipe mold and a hot plate into contact with each other and improving the durability of the pipe mold, a heating device therefor and a manufacturing method of a stable foamed roller. SOLUTION: The heating method of the pipe mold is constituted so as to hold a mold composed of the pipe mold and at least two pieces between split heating means to heat it and has a process for arranging a liquid receiving cup, which receives a material, so as to connect it to the lower piece of two pieces and a process for dividing an inner mold which is arranged so as to be capable of being positionally corrected using a heat transfer material following the shape of the outer diameter of a mold constituted of at least two members of the inner mold coming into contact with the mold and the matrix surrounding the periphery of the inner mold so as to be closely brought into contact with the outer diameter of the mold, into the part coming into contact with the pipe mold and the part coming into contact with the liquid receiving cup to independently regulate the temperatures of those parts.
