PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission loss in the transmission of a high frequency signal from one output terminal to another output terminal while including an input terminal. SOLUTION: An input terminal 1 and an output terminal 6 are connected to each other via distribution constant elements 2, 4 and ON/OFF between these input terminal 1 and output terminal 6 can be controlled by turning on and off semiconductors 3, 5. Furthermore, the input terminal 1 and an output terminal 15 are connected via distribution constant elements 11, 13, ON/OFF of these input terminal 1 and output terminal 15 can be controlled by turning on and off semiconductors 12, 14, and a high frequency signal can be inputted/outputted between the input terminal 1 and any one of the output terminals 6, 15 or a high frequency signal can be inputted/outputted from any one of the output terminals 6, 15 to the other. A distribution constant terminal 21 comprised of a transmission line of which a distal end is open, is connected to the input terminal 1, and the total length of the transmission line comprised of these input terminal 1 and distribution constant terminal 21 becomes an integer multiple of aboutλ/2.
