PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device and its manufacturing method for making the body small without decreasing an antenna gain as much as possible and preventing moisture ingress inside the antenna device. SOLUTION: A patch conductor 12 is provided on one face of a first dielectric substrate 10, and a second dielectric substrate 14 with a grounding conductor 18 is provided opposite to this face of the first dielectric substrate 10. The first dielectric substrate 10 and the second dielectric substrate 14 are separated with a prescribed space through a lower case 16 stuck to the first dielectric substrate 10. A mixed dielectric substance 30 intervenes without a gap between the first dielectric substrate 10 and the second dielectric substrate 14, and a specific inductive capacity of the mixed dielectric substance is so determined according to the area of the grounding conductor 18 that an antenna gain becomes maximum.
