PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication equipment for suppressing power change due to the status change of an APC between the control of transmission power by a TPC. SOLUTION: A transmission power control information part 114 instructs a variable gain control amplifier 102 in a predetermined control cycle. The variable gain control amplifier 102 controls a transmission power according to applied instruction quantity. An adjustment quantity generating part 111 adjusts instruction quantity from the transmission power control information part 114 to the variable gain control amplifier 102 while maintaining the change of a transmission power between the instruction by the transmission power control information part 114 and the next instruction within a predetermined range.
