PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board with a plurality of electronic components mounted thereon capable of increasing density. SOLUTION: The circuit board to be assembled with an electronic machine with a plurality of ICs 4 or the like mounted includes a plurality of mounting lands 1 and a plurality of auxiliary lands 2. The mounting land 1 is to be electrically connected through a wire 5 with another electronic component or the like to be mounted on the circuit board with the IC 4 mounted. The auxiliary land 2 is for pulling down, pulling up and connecting with the other when the IC 4 is not mounted, and is formed in a region surrounded by the mounting land 1, that is, in an IC mounting region 4a where the IC 4 is mounted. To serve as a circuit board when the IC 4 is not mounted, a wire 51 and a wire 52 need be electrically connected, and when a wire 53 cannot be opened, a jumper resistor R2 and a pull-down resistor R1 are mounted on the auxiliary land 2 or the like electrically connected with the wires 51, 52 and 53.
