PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage opening type lift handle which can be smoothly shifted to a second-stage opening operation even if it moves blindly in a closing direction after the performance of first-stage partial opening. SOLUTION: When an operating handle is lifted on a pivot in a plane perpendicular to a front surface of a door, a cam protrusion of the operating handle makes a point, abutting on a cam body, transferred to a second-stage surface from a first-stage surface, so that a locking shaft can be moved backward with respect to a base body and so that a clasp body can be detached in the backward direction of a bracket body; a stopper is detached from a locking groove, so that restraint on the turning of the operating handle and a skirt body with respect to the base body can be released; and the operating handle is turned in a lifting position, so that the clasp body can be turned in a receding manner to a position not to interfere with the bracket body in the opening operation of the door.
