PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sheet to be easily spread in a flat plate form with uniform tension. SOLUTION: Each of frame members 1a, 1b arranged parallel to each other at least in the top and bottom direction is provided with a sheet fixing apparatus 2 over the longitudinal direction, and this fixing apparatus is constituted of a fixed sheet seat provided with a sheet holding part which is jagged on one cross-directional end face in the direction of thickness, and is fixed to the frame members so as to be faced to the outside in the top and bottom direction, and a sheet presser foot member 5 which is located outside the fixed sheet seat in the top and bottom direction, and which supports a movable sheet seat 8 provided with the sheet holding part to be engaged with the tip part of the sheet holding part of the above fixed sheet seat on the frame members so that the sheet holding part of this movable sheet seat is engaged with the sheet holding part of the fixed sheet seat so as to be able to be self-held from the top and bottom direction.
