PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler cutter which can be attached on an exhaust pipe having a tip part inclined downward. SOLUTION: This muffler cutter is provided with a tube part attached on the exhaust pipe 50 of a vehicle and including an exhaust opening and an insertion opening in which an inclined part of the exhaust pipe 50 is to be inserted, a main body 10 composed of an extension part extending backward out of another end of the tube part under a condition where an upper part is opened, and an attachment means 20 for attaching and fixing the main body 10 on the exhaust pipe 50. The attachment means 20 is constructed in such a manner that an attaching and fixing condition of the main body 10 on the exhaust pipe 50 can be adjusted to attach and fix the main body 10 under a condition suitable to size and a shape of the exhaust pipe 50.
