PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail box capable of independently changing a direction for mounting sorting trays. SOLUTION: Recessed parts 71b are formed at both right and left sides of a main body 71 of the mail box 70 such that the sorting trays 72 can be mounted in both right and left directions. Paper guides 73 mounted to the sorting trays 72 have holes through which paper P passes, and the holes form a paper transfer path to guide the paper P upwardly. The paper guide 73 mounted to the sorting tray 72 designated to discharge the paper P is rotated within a vertical face to have a posture to guide the paper P to the sorting tray 72 by forming a side face comprising a bend face.
