PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever device capable of suppressing the inclination of a detent pin as compared with that in a conventional shift lever device. SOLUTION: (1) This shift lever device 10 is provided with a lever pipe 20, a knob 30 provided with a shift knob button 31 and mounted at an end part of the lever pipe 20, the detent pin 40, and an end member 53 constituted of two parts of a first end member 54 and a second end member 55 to hold the detent pin 40, and a transmission member 50 for transmitting the movement of the shift knob button 31 to the detent pin 40. The first end member 54 and the second end member 55 are provided with sliding parts 54a and 55a slidable on an inner peripheral surface of the lever pipe 20.
