PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shield the discharging surface of recording heads relative to the reflecting light on a maintenance unit surface with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder 1 is equipped with recording heads 3a to 3d having the discharging surface 30 provided with a plurality of ink discharging ports which discharges photo-curing ink toward a recording medium K, irradiation equipment 4, 4 irradiating the ink hit on the surface of the recording medium K with light, a maintenance unit 6 maintaining the recording heads 3a to 3d, a shielding member 5 which is provided between the recording heads 3a to 3d and the irradiation equipment 4, 4 and shields the discharging surface 30 of the recording heads 3a to 3d relative to the light emitted from the irradiation equipment 4, 4, and a transfer device 51 which relatively transfers the shielding member 5 relative to the irradiation equipment 4, 4.
