PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate using a layer originating from an aqueous emulsion easy to handle as an adhesive and including a metal layer and the adhesive layer originating from the aqueous emulsion and capable of being strongly bonded to the metal layer, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The laminate includes the aqueous emulsion containing an ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer and the metal layer. This laminate is manufactured by coating the metal layer with the aqueous emulsion containing the ethylene/vinyl ester copolymer and drying and curing the coated metal layer.
