<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation control system for a vehicle that prevents a battery voltage drop when an electric load is closed and thereby prevents engine revolutions from becoming unstable. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation control system comprises a switching transistor 30 connected in series to field winding 13 of a generator 1 for a vehicle; a voltage comparator 313 that controls the ON/OFF of the switching transistor in such a way that an output voltage of the generator 1 or a voltage interlocked with this becomes a regulated voltage set point; a continuity rate controlling means including a variable resistor 315 and a capacitor 316 that increases the continuity rate of the switching transistor 30 gradually by variable increment rate when its ON/OFF is controlled by the voltage comparator 313; a continuity rate increasing means including a resistor 325 and a variable constant current circuit 326 that increases the continuity rate of the switching transistor 30 by prescribed increment when an electric load of the generator 1 is increased; a controlled excitation condition setting circuit 340 that variably sets the increment of the continuity rate; and an ECU 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
