<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an operation lever to be easily mounted without greatly decreasing rigidity of a mounting surface of an angle-shaped member 12. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting structure 10 of the operation lever for a control cable has a first opening 19 formed in a side plate 15 on the front side, the angle-shaped member 12 having a second opening 23 in a side plate 16 on the rear side, and a bracket 25 having a mounting part 29 fixed to the inner surface side of the side plate 15 with a screw 13, and a lever 18 provided rotatably in the bracket and having its top end protruding from the first opening 19.
