<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an image recording device capable of guaranteeing a recordable time regardless of an installation state even when a main recording means is failed in the image recording device provided with a plurality of recording means. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording device has an image compression processing means for executing image compression processing of the inputted image, a buffer means for executing the buffering of the compressed image data, first/second recording means for recording the image data, and a system control means for controlling the image recording device. When recording the image data, the system control means normally records the image data in the first data recording means, and records the image data in the second data recording means at a different recording rate from that when recording the image data in the first data recording means if the recording of the first data recording means is impossible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
