<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing failure prediction on the basis of logic of a failure prediction system which can perform simulation including a control system and has little set items and high versatility. <P>SOLUTION: An MS adsorber 12 eliminates carbon dioxide and moisture after a compressor 11 compresses air. A main heat exchanger 13 cools and liquefies the compressed air, and a rectifying column 14 separates the compressed air into nitrogen, oxygen, argon, etc., and high purity nitrogen is sent to a product recovery system 3. A control system identifies systems by combining not only a control system connected by a control loop in each system but also control systems affecting each other as disturbance to form one ARX (Auto-Regressive eXogenous) model. Even when a liquid nitorgen injection valve LV 3501 of a distillation separation system 2 blocks so that liquid nitorgen can not normally be injected to the rectifying column 14, a failure can easily be predicted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
