PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an audio signal to the side of a first amplification means from being varied even while operating a second amplification means in an audio signal working apparatus configured to branch an inputted audio signal into two, connect one of the signals to the side of the first amplification means for a speaker or/and a headphone and to connect the other to the side of the second amplification means for the headphone. SOLUTION: The audio signal working apparatus is configured by interposing a buffer 4, between a branching point of an inputted audio signal and a second amplification means 6 for a headphone 32, for avoiding influences upon an audio signal from the branching point 2 to the side of a first amplification means 5 even after the audio signal from the branching point 2 is processed.
