PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the smooth moving operation of movable members without lowering productivity nor increasing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a base plate 32a formed of a conductive metallic material, having a through-hole 32d serving as the optical path of an imaging optical system, and supporting movable members 26 and 27 opening or closing the optical path of the imaging optical system in a freely movable manner; and a turning arm 35 having engaging pins 35b turned by the rotation of a drive motor 14. The base plate is provided with guide pins 33, 33, ... formed of a conductive metallic material. The movable members are formed of a resin material. The movable members are provided with slide holes 28b and 31b with which the engaging pins of the turning arm are freely slidably engaged. The movable members are also provided with a guided hole 28a, guided holes 29a, guided holes 30a, and a guided hole 31a, into which the guide pins provided to the base plate are inserted. This makes it possible to move the movable members with respect to the base plate by the turning of the turning arm by the rotation of the drive motor and to thereby open or close the transmission hole.
