PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor so constructed that deformation in a sleeve is suppressed. SOLUTION: The stepping motor 1 includes a shaft 3, a rotor 5, and a pair of stators 7, 7 so disposed that they are opposed to each other with the rotor 5 in-between. Each of yokes 29 that house the coils 25 of the stators 7 has a sleeve 21 that forms a bearing for the shaft 3, an inner yoke 31 coupled with one end of the sleeve 21, and an outer yoke 33 coupled with the other end of the sleeve 21.
