PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop antenna circuit which is suitable for performing two-way simultaneous communication using one loop antenna, and to provide a transmitter-receiver using the loop antenna circuit. SOLUTION: A second capacitor (C2) is connected in parallel to a serial circuit connecting a first capacitor (C1) in series to a loop antenna (2), thereby configuring a loop antenna circuit (1) with both terminals of the second capacitor as signal input and output terminals (3, 4). A transmitting circuit (7) and a receiving circuit (8) are connected in parallel to the input and output terminals. A circuit constant of the loop antenna circuit is determined to incur serial resonance at a transmitting frequency and to incur parallel resonance at a receiving frequency.
