PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor model with changeable layout, and with parameter values variable corresponding to the layout changes. SOLUTION: The high-frequency transistor model for expressing a transistor unit of a high-frequency semiconductor circuit on a computer has an intrinsic transistor part Mi of a high-frequency transistor, and a parasitic circuit connected to the intrinsic transistor part Mi, the parasitic circuit having layout parameters that vary as the electrodes and wiring of the transistor unit and the layout of contacts vary, the layout parameters being, e.g., Rg_layout, Rg_em, Cc_gb, Rsub_gb, Csub_gb, Cc_db, Rsub_db, Csub_db, Rsub 1 to Rsub 4, and the like.
