PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby one combustion chamber can be easily provided with a plurality of spark plugs, in an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine, having each cylinder provided with a plurality of plug tubes enfolding spark plugs, is provided with: a cylinder head cover 1 with through holes 2 made therein, each of which stores at least two plug tubes; and packing 3 fitted singly in individual through holes 2 made in the cylinder head cover 1 and provided with through holes 4 in which the plug tubes are inscribed.
