PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt dissolution plant with high safety capable of eliminating the bad smell of a melting gas. SOLUTION: The asphalt dissolution plant is equipped with an asphalt dissolution device 10, a flash-back prevention device 30 and a gas passage 50 connecting both devices, and since the flash-back prevention device is equipped with a water fog tank 31 consisting of a water storage section 32 having a water gauge 34 and a mist filling section 33, a fog supply means 36 supplying fog to the fog filling section by absorbing water from the water storage section of the mist tank, a melting gas receiving inlet 42 flowing into the fog filling section of the water fog tank by receiving the melting gas exhausted from the asphalt dissolution device, a ventilation means 41 sending the melting gas flowing from the melting gas receiving inlet into the fog filling section of the water fog tank and a return gas exhaust port 43 exhausting the melting gas returned to the asphalt dissolution device by passing through the fog filling section, the melting gas lowers a temperature in the fog filling section to have difficulty in making ignition so as to make it safe.
