摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an epoch-making metal tool for clamping, by which the metal tool (metal tool body) for clamping having high strength can easily be manufactured at a low cost by utilizing the existing working facility without using roll-rolling. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the metal tool for clamping constituted so that a fixing means 2 is arranged in the metal tool body 1 having almost U-shape and this metal tool body 1 is fitted onto an object 3 to be fixed to be able to clamp with the above fixing means 2, one block of a metal material is formed into a primary shape-bending at both end parts without forming into the almost U-shape as the last shape with a cold-forging or a hot-forging, and after removing burr 10C generated in the primary shaped material 10 with the forging process, the primary shaped material 10 removing this burr 10C is formed into the almost U-shaped metal tool body 1 as the last shape with a bending press-working.
