PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a picture frame on a wall by applying a magnet tape to a transparent plate such as an acrylic plate or the like. SOLUTION: The transparent acrylic plate 1 is arranged in a part corresponding to glass in the front of the picture frame so as to see an exhibited object through it. The tape, a paint, or obscure glass-like or cut glass-like bordering is applied to the transparent acrylic plate, and the magnet tape 3 is applied to its back, so that the transparent acrylic plate 1 having the exhibited article fitted is fitted to an iron plate through the magnet tape 3. In case of a wall not attracted by a magnet, the iron plate is applied to the wall by a double-sided adhesive tape or the like, and the picture frame with the magnet tape 3 applied and the exhibited object stored is fitted on it.
