PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed agent enabling easy tempering at home and easy chocolate making and to provide a hand-made chocolate set using the seed agent. SOLUTION: The cocoa powder is characterized as a seed agent used for tempering chocolate through addition at the time of molding chocolate.
