<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control inventory overage and shortage of a distribution item through the life cycle of the distribution item. <P>SOLUTION: In an inventory control system, an information processor calculates an index (KPI) showing the current phase of distribution goods from real result data about the distribution of the distribution goods at predetermined timing (S1101). Then, the information processor collates a transfer condition stored in a code storage area with the KPI, and determines that the phase of the distribution goods is under change when the KPI satisfies the transfer condition (S1103). Here, a user inputs update permission of a safety inventory amount of the distribution goods (S1104), and the information processor calculates the safety inventory amount of the distribution goods in a transferred phase (S1107). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
